Start modularly
RDSH, Web & DNS, Zammad, UniFi or monitoring can be introduced individually and combined later.
Partner model for IT providers
You advise, sell to and support your customers. infrahost provides the technical platform behind the service — with your branding, clear responsibilities and no direct sales to your end customers.
Your extension behind the scenes
Small IT providers often have strong customer relationships and broad hands-on expertise, but not the resources for every specialised cloud platform. Owning hardware, providing on-call coverage, running backup infrastructure and maintaining products continuously ties up both capital and time.
With infrahost, you add professionally operated services to your portfolio. You decide which services fit your offering. We provide the technical foundation and remain in the background towards your customers.
Scope of service
Our collaboration is designed to strengthen your existing capabilities while outsourcing infrastructure tasks cleanly and predictably.
RDSH, Web & DNS, Zammad, UniFi or monitoring can be introduced individually and combined later.
You remain the contractual partner, consultant and primary point of contact for your customers.
infrahost handles the platform, updates, backup, monitoring and technical escalations.
Portals, hostnames and nameservers can be aligned with your IT company’s domain.
First-level support, platform operations and escalation paths are defined clearly before launch.
You expand your portfolio around real customer needs instead of making a large upfront investment.
White-label delivery
At infrahost, white-label means more than changing a logo. We look at the entire visible service chain: domain, portal, email senders, nameservers, status information and support path.
Which elements are branded depends on the selected service. The goal is always the same: your customers should clearly associate the service with your IT company.
Operations
The technology is standardised; the collaboration remains direct. When questions become complex, you speak with people who know and operate the platform.
We assess requirements, existing systems, security needs and the division of responsibilities.
Domains, access points, branding, notifications and escalation paths are configured.
Updates, monitoring, backups and platform maintenance are carried out according to the agreed scope of service.
For complex incidents or changes, infrahost provides second- and third-level support.
Transparency
infrahost does not sell its white-label services directly to the end customers you support. The customer relationship remains with your IT company. Confidentiality, responsibilities and communication are defined in the partner agreement.
Frequently asked questions

Ask a technical questionYes. The offering is designed for IT providers that deliver services within their own customer relationships. Direct end customers are not infrahost’s target audience.
You can start with a specific project or a single service. Scope and commercial terms are discussed individually.
Your IT company invoices the end customer. infrahost invoices its services to your company.
The standard model routes communication through your IT company. Direct technical contact is only used where an explicitly agreed, branded support model provides for it.
