infrahost uses infrastructure in Hünenberg, Nuremberg, Vienna, Strasbourg and Milan. Switzerland is our primary market. Data location, backup locations and any location-specific requirements are agreed per service.
We do not make blanket high-availability promises without the architecture to support them. The platform uses RAID, backups across multiple locations and flexible recovery processes. Higher availability and prioritised recovery are defined as individual service levels where required.
Typically, the IT provider handles consulting and first-level support. infrahost is responsible for platform operations and provides second- and third-level support. Other models can be agreed.
